Give Thanks Give Back campaign to help the needy seeks holiday gift donations

Student organizers of “Give Thanks Give Back” — Washington University’s annual holiday gift drive in support of the 100 Neediest Cases — set a goal of adopting 125 families this year. Now, halfway to their goal and in the final week of the campaign, they are asking more members of the WUSTL community to adopt a family in need.

Center for Empirical Research in the Law faculty launch online database of 2,300 EEOC cases

Critical data for more than 2,300 federal Equal Employment Opportunity Commission cases now are available online thanks to a multi-year effort of researchers at the WUSTL’s Center for Empirical Research in the Law. The EEOC Litigation Project, which provides detailed information about the EEOC’s enforcement litigation, is open to legal scholars, social scientists and policymakers.

Lady Bears basketball ranked No. 9 in pre-season 

The women’s basketball team hosts the 12th Annual McWilliams Classic Friday and Saturday, Nov. 16-17, at the Field House. The Bears will take on Buena Vista University in the season opener for both teams.
